Deposit/Cancellation Policy
Due to our intimate size, we require fifty percent of your total stay as a deposit to hold your room. If needing to cancel your stay, we require 60 days cancellation notice. In the event a cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to arrival, we will refund your entire deposit less a $25 administrative fee. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. We will make every effort to re-book the space, and in the event we are successful, we will return your deposit less a $25 administrative fee.
