Steven O'Hern became innkeeper at The Hermitage in August 2008, culminating a career that has included management positions at some of the nation's most notable resorts.

Steven began his career as a server at Twin Farms, a five-star Vermont resort, where he worked his way up to Dining Room Manager. From there, he became the Lodging Director at Blackberry Farm in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, before returning to Twin Farms as the Assistant General Manager. Steven was most recently Resort Manager at Whiteface Lodge in Lake Placid, New York.

While Steven brings experience in spades to The Hermitage Inn, he also possesses an abundance of the one element that's vital to your satisfaction: genuine warmth and superb customer service.
